13. Create a
rectangle 274
x 368 pixels, give it a 4 pt yellow-orange outline.
Fill the
rectangle with the same bitmap you used on the fan and enlarge
the fill size
by clicking on the middle of the fill handle and then the
little
square at the
end of the right fill arrow, now tap the right arrow key
on your
keyboard until
your pattern is quite a bit bigger. Give it a 82% flat,
mixed
transparency.
14. Clone the rectangle, change the fill to black with no
transparency,
and increase the size by 140% and place to the back.
