The Wish of Priscilla Penelope Powers
by Mrs. John T. Van Sant
Priscilla Penelope Powers one day,
Took tea at a neighbor's just over the way.
Two pieces of pie they urged her to take,
And seven whole slices of chocolate cake!
"Oh dear," sighed Priscilla Penelope Powers,
"I wish I was your little girl 'stead of ours!"
